The SCORE Cup of Heroes is an annual competition showcasing the power of sport and how volunteer community sport leaders are using it as a tool to change lives. In a series of activities on and off the sports field, multi-skilled community youth teams compete and earn points from soccer, volleyball and netball games, as well as cultural performances that display their work and activities in Fair Play, Community Service and their knowledge of their 2010 Partner Country. Their commitment to create positive change as sports players in their communities, perfectly illustrate how sport has been used to empower themselves and others.
